To ensure a smooth enquiry and booking process we ask that you fill out the form below. All the information requested will allow us to provide you with a price estimate and book you in. Before filling out our form please read the following:

• If you have already contacted our shop please do not complete this form so that we do not have a double up of your inquiry
• Once you have submitted the form we will take 1-2 days to review your inquiry. We thank you in advance for your patience
• We will not tattoo you if you are pregnant or breastfeeding
• You must be over 18 or 16/17 years old with parental consent. All individuals aged 16 or 17 will need consent from their parent/legal guardian. Additionally, on the day of the booking the parent or guardian will need to attend the appointment and fill out all paperwork on your behalf. Both people will need to bring a valid form of photo ID. Paperwork and ID must be sighted in person

Please provide us with the approximate size in centimetres. If you are unsure, use an objective point of reference, e.g “A4 size” “50c coin size” etc.
Please keep in mind if the size you prefer is too small for the chosen design we will need to go larger
